老師會用淺顯易懂的指令,來教導你正確的肌肉用力方式,糾正了我學瑜珈多年卻仍然錯誤、不到位的施力方式。
淑玲老師本人對瑜珈體位法的知識也真的如教科書一般豐富深厚!真心非常推薦~
I have run through many yoga classrooms outside (Taipei City and Taoyuan City, chain and small) and I really feel like meeting Miss Shuling late!
The teacher will use easy-to-understand instructions to teach you the correct way of muscle exertion, and correct the wrong and inadequate way of exerting force that I have studied yoga for many years.
Teacher Shuling's own knowledge of yoga asanas is as rich and profound as a textbook! I really recommend it~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好笑的是,在我發表評論完,在剛剛幾個小時前冒出十則對此瑜珈教室的五顆星推薦,感覺就是內部人員拉認識的人自己灌水,表面上虛心接受評論,私底下用灌水的方式來拉自己的評論,真是不真誠的瑜珈教室。剛剛貼的五星評論加起來都要比你們歷年來的評論還要多了。
去上一堂體驗課覺得很失望,過程中沒有太多運動的感覺,老師似乎集中在某些同學身上,也沒有過來多做調整,直到我反應頭暈,老師叫我躺下,整堂課下來覺得空虛,結束之後身體是冰冷的,老師和教室人員歸責於我本身氣血循環不好所以無法做瑜珈,但之前在其他瑜珈課程中從沒有這種沒動到身體且身體還是冰冷的感覺,或被說因為氣血所以無法做瑜珈的事情發生,反而其他瑜珈教室能藉由瑜珈帶動我的氣血。
我以為體驗課老師會比較注意新來體驗同學的狀況,結果並沒有反而集中在某幾個同學,我撐了做了好幾次幾分鐘的四足跪姿,老師忙於在其他同學間調整手臂的狀況,卻沒有給我一點協助,下個動作下犬式老師也沒有過來協助調整,直到我不舒服舉手。
之後老師說看到我做動作緊繃所以沒來調整,但,不是緊繃才要來協助調整的嗎?
老師在帶動動作的時候並沒有把呼吸帶進來,在停留動作時也沒有數息,而做動作的指示也沒有很清楚讓人知道施力點在哪。
而做的動作的指示,也讓人很困惑不知該施力的重點在哪,老師很努力地講話,卻沒有什麼重點,整個瑜伽課的感覺很散。
一個墊磚頭在薦骨的動作,墊了沒什麼感覺,就墊在那裡,隔壁的同學看看我也是很不確定這個動作的重點在哪,哪裡施力到了。
是看了評論來的,感覺很失望。
這裡強調安全的瑜珈教室,實際上完全不是這麼回事,有人頭痛、有人抽痙,我也不是唯一一個撐在不正確姿勢下撐不住離開姿勢的同學,老師沒在做動作時帶入呼吸,沒有讓同學在安全的狀況下做瑜珈,沒即時調整,做了之後身體不舒服就讓同學躺下,在其他瑜珈課上都沒有發生過身體做完後如此不適,結束後我身體冰冷,然而瑜珈教室也沒有要負責的意思。

I felt very disappointed when I went to the experience class. I didn’t feel too much exercise in the process. The teacher seemed to concentrate on some students and didn’t come over to make more adjustments. After the emptiness, my body was cold. The teachers and classroom staff blamed me for my poor circulation of blood and energy, so I couldn’t do yoga. But in other yoga classes, I never felt that I didn’t move my body and my body was still cold. Or it is said that because of Qi and blood, I cannot do yoga. On the contrary, other yoga classrooms can use yoga to drive my Qi and blood.
I thought that the teacher in the experience class would pay more attention to the situation of the new classmates, but instead of focusing on a few classmates, I held it for several minutes and did a four-legged kneeling position. The teacher was busy adjusting his arms among other classmates. The situation did not give me any assistance, and the dog-style teacher did not come to assist in the next movement until I was uncomfortable and raised my hand.
After that, the teacher said that he didn't adjust when he saw my tightness, but didn't he come to help adjust when I was tight?
The teacher did not bring the breath in when he was driving the action, nor did he count his breath when he stopped the action, and the instructions for the action did not make it clear where the force was applied.
The instructions for the movements also made people confused. I don't know where the focus of the force should be. The teacher spoke very hard, but there was no focus. The whole yoga class felt very scattered.
A movement of putting a brick on the sacrum, it didn't feel much, but it was there. The students next door looked at me and I was not sure where the focus of this movement was and where the force was applied.
After reading the comments, I felt disappointed.
The yoga classroom that emphasizes safety here is actually not the case at all. Some people have headaches and some have cramps. I am not the only classmate who can't hold out of the posture under the incorrect posture. The teacher didn’t bring his breath into the action. , I did not let my classmates do yoga in a safe condition, did not make immediate adjustments, and asked my classmates to lie down when they were uncomfortable after doing this. In other yoga classes, there was no such discomfort after doing the body. After the end, my body was cold. However, the yoga classroom does not mean to be responsible.
