Great place to relieve your stress during the yoga session. Rex is the friendly consultant, introducing me all the training process and environment. Recommended to join if you are looking for a place to relax your mind and body.

After reading many one star review, I noticed a lot of people share the same views! MUST READ!! All the sales agent care about is selling you their their annual membership. Be careful with the sales agent, they will try to be as blunt as possible about their penalty fees just to trick you into signing a yearly deal. Jessica was the one in charged of my account, once I signed the contract which I kind of felt I was tricked into. I was not told that there will be a penalty fee for locking the membership, transferring account to someone else and so many more. I’d say they will even charge you a penalty fee for breathing. **Be super careful with the sales people** *useful tip* first they will show you the most expensive membership price, but they will tell you “the deal” of the month (which I understand because it’s a sales tactic), and then you will tell them your concerns, then she will tell you “oh we also have this type of deal so it suits your time. HOWEVER, she doesn’t tell you that there’s a penalty fee for every adjustment you would like to do. For example, I WAS NOT told that there’s a penalty fee to lock your account. AND that I could only lock it for SIX MONTH. I was only told that I could lock my account. Pros: Great environment, I’d say it’s worth the price if you go religiously. Talented teachers. Great staff. Cons: AGAIN be careful with sales people. Make sure to ask a lot of questions. LOTS of hidden penalty fees AND those penalty fees are super expensive. Honestly, I’m super upset about the sale lady Jessica. Super sneaky. My friend recommended this place, I should’ve asked got his sales person instead of being matched to a new one. Given that he has been a devoted member for many years. But overall great environment, amazing talented teachers! Poor quality and sneaky sales agent.

Their business practice is not customer friendly. The classes themselves are fine, not great either. Nothing soulful or reflective except for a couple of great teachers. The meditation is usually skimmed over. Perhaps it’s a cultural difference. But to charge $500 a month for pausing membership during high rise of COVID cases is pretty gnarly even for me being used to business swindles in America. I really wouldn’t recommend this place. Just have to stick my head thru paying another $10000 NT for virtual classes in order to finish my contract. Gives yoga a bad name for me. I get that a business needs to survive during these times but to learn that a long term business sustains by serving it’s customers, try to remember customer loyalty is reciprocated, not by fining and nickel/dimed. And being called out on buying fake reviews…yikes. Hope management takes these matters seriously.

I didn't expect to see the lotus blooming when I came to the yoga class. The balcony of the Yoga Journey makes me feel very comfortable. After the yoga class, I can look at the sky and relax. Thanks to Joanne’s enthusiastic introduction, I finally found a good place to practice yoga.
