當初在google找了很久 終於找到心目中的瑜珈教室!! 老師教學很仔細 對於新手來說不會有壓力 卻很到位 隔天起床超有感XD 教室使用的瑜珈磚和墊子 品質很好 做起來身體穩定很多! 到現在身體已經改善非常多 尤其媽媽手還有腰椎~~ 真的是產後媽媽的救命恩人? 現在疫情開放線上課 感受和實體課一樣很好 有做錯的地方老師也會即時糾正 不會讓你一直錯下去 然後不知所措哈哈 這點對新手很重要耶!? 很感謝第一次上瑜珈 就遇到一位超棒的老師!

沒有想到頂扣扣的我也能練瑜珈,教室的氛圍很溫馨有趣,老師總是鼓勵我們和自己比,今天的我要比昨天的我更健康喔! 膝蓋痛很久了,醫到最後治療師提醒我,要靠自己復健,於是開始練瑜伽,一年下來好了很多,當我又可以盤腿禪定的時候,真的好感恩喔!

從開始就跟著老師上瑜珈課到現在,除了改善了肩頸酸痛僵硬的問題...整個人更輕鬆有活力了!重點是....以往月事來的時候...還會有腰酸痛到不行!!也都改善了啊!!我真心的大推....瑜珈這個運動!!之前找過住家附近的瑜伽課……上了一堂課後就沒心想再去了……因為不是我想要的感覺……太輕鬆了……瑜伽課就是除了有放鬆拉筋也要有爆汗的過程啊!楊老師教的課程很棒....除了拉筋伸展也兼顧到了肌耐力及核心的訓練.....讓我整個身形都不一樣了!!我很高興可以認識老師....重新認識瑜珈!!

自從開始工作後2年都沒有做任何運動,工作又是站一整天,下班累完全不想做其他運動,想著都兩年了這樣下去不行而報名瑜伽,一方面是想瑜伽比有氧來的緩和,不想累得影響明天工作,一方面想增加柔軟度,一開始真的很累,明明就是緩慢的一個動作,慢慢蹲下,但瑜伽就是很奇妙可以用到你平常不會用到的肌肉群,上完隔天全身酸痛,還曾經問老師我是不是做錯了才這麼算痠痛XD 後來默默每個禮拜逼自己上一次課,大概上了4-5個月去跟朋友爬小百岳,我一路上健走來回5小時沒停過,連很會爬山的朋友都說他看到我一直走都不敢說他有點累!!!我真的大吃一驚,沒想到練瑜伽真的會增加肌耐力,雖然不能說練到多強,但每個禮拜上一次課維持,上班站一整天腳也比較不容易水腫! 很開心當初有逼自己踏出舒適圈來上瑜伽,而且小班制老師會精準的指導每個人動作?

My muscles, the whole body is sore the next day, and I once asked the teacher if I did something wrong to be so sore XD Later, I silently forced myself to take a class every week. 老師瑜珈動作練習有脈絡:從開始練習的局部動作,到後續的整體練習有連貫組合設計,我覺得非常用心。 1.動作解說很清楚(動作的發生、意念如何引導身體的使用) 2.講求「效率」使用身體的原理方法,且不過度練習。該付出力量的、該放鬆被動的, 幾堂課後會感覺到「肌肉慣性」的變化。感覺奇妙、開心。 3.小班制(4-8人)老師較有心力針對個人需求,且會適度融入練習中,這點很貼心。 4.教室在五樓,爬樓梯可當作暖身。雖然有些辛苦,但整體學到的、鍛鍊到的、身體的修復與滋養,利大於弊,推薦還是要來上這樣的身體課喔!^^

之前自己有上過快兩年的皮拉提斯,停了一段時間後,看到朋友在ig分享戀練瑜珈的上課情形(記得當時看到照片分享除了上課之外,竟然在節日時還有吃吃喝喝的活動,小小溫馨的餐會讓我覺得羨慕),後來選在去年四月底報名了體驗課程,記得應該是只上1次實體課就因為疫情爆發停了一段時間而改線上課程。 但不論是實體課程或線上課程,每次課程都可以感受到老師用心規劃教學內容,除了複習也會增加新的動作,並且隨著每班的基礎跟每位同學的狀態循序漸進的一步步帶著大家學習,在動作的講解跟使用的部位也都說明得很清楚,過程中也會提醒大家比較容易忽略的部位或過度使用的地方,還記得前面幾次上課,我總是在弓箭步時大腿前側肌肉爆炸痠,後來才知道原來我一直使用錯誤的肌肉才會這麼累,經過老師課後幾次的調整,終於慢慢地掌握到訣竅,同時學習將意念專注在正確的地方,慢慢感受一點點的進步,自己也覺得非常開心~ 最後,在這裡練瑜珈絕對不輕鬆(哈~每次都爆炸累),但每次課程,老師都會帶著你慢慢地進步,相信老師,相信自己,肯定會為你帶來很棒的瑜珈體驗與感受~
