In the six months of coming to practice, the speed of improvement has surpassed the previous two years in large yoga halls. This is all due to the super-strong teachers and small-class teaching; the teachers are really super-professional, although there are not as many options as the hall, they can still take pictures. Choose courses based on your own level and preferences. The environment is small but comfortable and clean. I highly recommend it.

Great teachers, the courses are rich in basic hatha, fluency, repair, yoga wheel, chair yoga, tai chi yoga, and cool wall ropes. My long-term low back pain has been improved by taking 2 to 3 wall rope lessons a week very diligently. The teachers are very patient in adjusting, correcting postures and using the right muscles. High-quality teachers and bright and clean classrooms, the most attractive thing is the super class atmosphere. I was "healed" every time I went to class. It is highly recommended for beginners to practice "Upper Yoga". There is no sense of oppression and warm atmosphere of the assembly hall here that will make you fall in love with "go to yoga" class.

At the time of the appointment, I informed that I hadn’t studied and the time I was free... At the beginning, the appointment time was not for beginners (the suggested time was suggested for me first).. I found that it seemed different from the beginners I was going to take. Later, I changed to classes that are better for beginners.. .But maybe you are busy with something wrong.. It’s okay I went to class today especially early! Also told to take the experience class... After signing the name... just ask if you want to change clothes? No one can go to the classroom and wait for preparation... Personal belongings can be put in the cabinet...it's gone. ?The students inside are very enthusiastic to tell me what to prepare Where is the stuff? ?After I started, I felt that the teacher was actually pretty good, Observe the posture of each person.. In fact, the kindness of the teacher is good... It’s just a little bit different from the beginner experience class I want But I wanted to consider other courses! I also asked about it... I also asked about the monthly fee for signing up, etc. And when I asked about the annual fee, the lady said that if there is no way to fix it or if you have to work harder to attend classes, it would be better to buy another number of lessons! Actually I live pretty close... if I can explain it more professionally I tend to be close to where I live...so I don’t care if I buy the annual fee system I just want to find a place to learn... But it's a pity... ㄧI started to experience that the chosen course is not what I want... (If I understood at the beginning, I wouldn’t emphasize that I didn’t learn it) But after this time I have experience! After I find the course content, I know what to do But I will not consider your family for the time being ?The environment is not bad
