試坐Backbone工學椅,
老闆解說的非常清楚,
過程沒有推銷的壓迫感,
因為在這樣純粹的體驗內容,
能放鬆選擇自己真的想要的款式。
原本設定的是一張功能符合期待但比較高單價的款式,但體驗過後,選擇了較低單價並以選配的方式達到自己期待的椅子。
店裡也有很多設計很棒的傢俱和系統裝潢的服務,有機會一定會再拜訪。

上個月的購物經驗很不錯,店內的環境很不錯,沒有吵雜的人群。(已經看了多家…最後選擇YOI)
最後買了一組3+1的沙發,還有一張桌子(只是價格有點硬),店長介紹家具的過程中講解的很詳細,因為自己有帶裝潢設計圖,透過店長推薦買了一組很喜歡的產品,現在擺在家中覺得看起來非常順眼,總之非常推薦這家店。

2021.08.04原文:
1. 兩個月前就下訂4張餐椅+付清款項,出貨前兩天才詢問我是否能接受「稍微色差」,不曉得是否當初我與貴公司念的色彩學為不同版本,我們對「色差」的認知差了十萬八千里,根本是差好幾頁的色票去了⋯
2. 為了不收到有「稍微色差」的餐椅,答應從兩個不同的倉庫出貨,保證我能在指定收貨日收到,為此特別請假在家等候,殊不知當日只到三張餐椅,而且貨運送達無通知就離開。
3. 先收到的三張餐椅包裝極為草率,其中兩張相疊的包裹,椅腳還整個插出紙箱,令人看了十分心疼。
4. 第4張餐椅拖至隔日才寄達,完全沒有按照指定收貨日。
5. 與公司反應,得到的答覆都是「會和公司反應」,但對延遲、包裝毀損、隨意的處理態度感到非常不悅,請往後欲配合的設計師、業主們務必三思!
