謝謝中和區衛生所辛苦的公務員們 但由於你們的辦事能力與態度還是必須給一顆? 我是6/7 PCR、6/8 檢驗確診、依居家照護規則6/8屬於第1天,6/14屬於第7天,也就是說我的「隔離日是6/8-6/14」,6/15開始將取消隔離。結果隔離書6/14才收到就算了,上面還寫「隔離日6/8-6/15」。打電話詢問公務員卻口口聲聲說6/8到6/15所以15減8等於7總共要隔離7天沒錯阿,我算給他聽這樣是8天,他才改口說6/8是第0天不算,請問居家照護的規則你們真的了解嗎?還需要我解釋給你們聽6/7採檢當天才算第0天..?結果我解釋完後得到的回覆是「我們就是照系統辦事,系統就是這樣顯示」請問你們是機器人嗎?那系統如果寫成6/31怎麼辦?我就永遠不用出門了嗎? 所以我今天因為你們不願意改而多關一天了謝謝??

我知道這陣子所有政府機關和衞生所人員非常忙碌、真的!辛苦你們了!但因收到的隔離書日期錯誤(原4/28.29.30而寫成隔離開始日4/29.結束日4/28)當然這不是你們出鍇、但政府指派衞生所人員協助修改、我們也只好來排隊、而在5/13中午、母親為了家人因要上班、幫忙來辦理隔離書日期修改、怕母親忘了日期寫了大張字條(正確修改日4/28.29.30取消隔離日5/1姓名電話請修改好重發新簡訊的字樣)和已印好錯誤版本一起叫母親拿給衞生所人員看、那知衞生所人員只在錯誤印好的隔離書改上日期和蓋上印章,卻沒改電腦上的資料沒發修改好簡訊給我、請問只有這一份隔離書如何請假、請保險、請政府補助(修改好的日期上蓋了章日期更看不清楚)有辦理跟沒辦理一樣,這是母親大人排了快3小時的結果(連電腦上的資料都不會一起改、再發個簡訊嗎?)而我又要請假一天再去辦理、這不是很擾民嗎?很生氣衞生所處理的態度
