They have sauces and napkins here and was here at 10am and no line up.
Sticky rice also a pleasure here. Come here for quick bites in the morning.

I highly recommend dumplings (小籠包)! However, if you plan to tourist in Taiwan for a bit more, please try all the items in the menu.
Regarding the cleanliness, unfortunately not the best, but is worth to give a shot! :)
I have always order an egg scallion pancake and turnip cake!
