★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台中十四期重劃區仁平段延著原有麻園頭溪(土庫溪)整建的生態公園。鄰近的仁和福德公園、水湳生態公園、二分埔生態公園和永和巷公園串聯成全新的帶狀萬坪公園。
西南端可聯接中興游泳池、網球場、籃球場...等水湳地區原有的運動中心。東北端可聯接十一期原有的三分埔公園，甚至剛動工的北屯區國民運動中心(北屯區公所/五分局)。
為臨近的水湳地區、四期重劃區、十一期重劃區居民提供了絕佳的運動休閒環境。
 The Renping section of Taichung's 14th rezoning area extends the ecological park built by the original Mayuan Tou Stream (Tuku Stream). The adjacent Renhefu Park, Shuinan Ecological Park, Erfenpu Ecological Park and Yonghe Lane Park are connected in series to form a brand-new belt-shaped Wanping Park.
The southwest end can be connected to the original sports centers in the Shuinan area, such as ZTE swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, etc. The northeast end can be connected to the original Sanfenpu Park in Phase 11, and even the Beitun District National Sports Center (Beitun District Office/Wu Branch) that has just started construction.
It provides an excellent sports and leisure environment for the residents of the adjacent Shuinan area, the fourth phase rezoning area and the eleventh phase rezoning area.
