張	張瀞尹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只想給零顆星，領防疫包需要確診者身份證字號，櫃檯一直很兇的說密接者的居隔單就有確診者身份證字號，我一直說就是沒有，還要我手機給她看電子檔居隔單，結果就是真的沒有，她一句不好意思都沒有。我看她(承辦發防疫包人員)自己根本連居隔單長什麼樣子都不清楚，而且整個過程都超兇，可惜櫃檯沒有名牌，剛剛應該詢問一下姓名，這種真的就只是欠投訴!
