態度非常差！

志工態度不佳，常常什麼話都沒講就突然把溫度計ㄉㄨ到民眾額頭上，一句提醒或不好意思都沒有，給人感覺很差。做得那麼不甘願何必要來呢?

態度有夠差的，根本不值一顆星

今天負責郵務的小姐非常有耐心解說寄往外國郵件需要填寫的表格，甚至幫忙查詢寄件地址的英文翻譯，五顆星好評的服務！

DONT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR YONGKANG POST OFFICE STAFFS ARE RUDE ????

There is a particular staff in this office whom I really find him very rude and disrespectul towards foreign clients. Earlier today was not the first time that I encountered his rudeness. I can still remember the first time I came to this office to deposit on my savings account. It was early morning that I was the first client on that day. The staff at Tainan city Post Office bank were so friendly, accommodating and helpful most especially to foreign depositor. I am and always be grateful that they have this staff to help us to write correctly the details to be filled up in every banking transactions slip. But it really shocked and angered me when this old man, Mr. Chin yelled at me to get the number for the queueing. I was so shocked that made me stopped for a moment before getting the number. When I got the number, return to his window, I politely told him sorry for not getting the number for queueing since I was the only person there. (In mandarin words) And then today it happen again not only to me but to the person right next to me who was also a foreigner. He is all smiles at Taiwanese customers/clients but very opposite to us foreigners. I think he is not happy serving foreigners. I dont think he deserves to be in that post office window. He better stay at home than showing attitude at the workplace. This Post Office branch is not recommended to foreign clients. Better go to Tainan City Branch to have an excellent service.

I don’t think this post office deserve even a single star for review ?‍♀️?‍♀️? There is a particular staff here who’s very rude to foreigners ?? Really Really Rude !! I’ll definitely get back to him. ?
