★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中午時間來貴店內用，點餐時櫃檯是一位年輕女服務員，我和男友對套餐搭配不太瞭解所以看了十五秒左右，抬頭看到服務員手握麥克風、眼睛瞪向我們（一副不耐煩的樣子?）
以往對吉野家的服務態度都是親切和藹，不理解為何貴店的員工會有此種工作態度，身為櫃檯人員應該親切且面帶微笑，況且當時在我身後排隊的客人僅僅只有一人、店內也並不繁忙
你們的出餐速度是很快，但是櫃檯人員的態度就是讓我覺得不舒服、心情差，希望你們可以好好教教她什麼是工作態度！?
I came to your store at noon to use. When ordering, there was a young waitress at the counter. My boyfriend and I didn’t know much about the set meal, so I watched for about 15 seconds. I looked up and saw the waiter holding a microphone and staring at us. Impatient look ?)
In the past, Yoshinoya’s service attitude was cordial and kind. I don’t understand why the staff in your store have such a working attitude. As a counter staff, you should be kind and smiling. Moreover, there was only one customer in line behind me at the time. Not busy
Your meal speed is very fast, but the attitude of the counter staff makes me feel uncomfortable and in a bad mood. I hope you can teach her what a working attitude is! ?
