★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去處理還車失敗10幾個小時簡訊才通知的事，電話客服人員很耐心幫忙專案處理，現場也幫了很大的忙。我不是那種發生事情只會怪東怪西自己都沒有錯的刁民，雖然到最後還是有我必須負擔的費用，但還是很感謝。
To deal with the failure of returning the car for more than 10 hours, the customer service staff was very patient to help with the project, and the scene also helped a lot.
