身為消費者因拒絕購買禮盒組而失去單買口紅色號的權利真的很荒唐。 母親節時想要購買單支口紅作為贈送母親的禮物,靠櫃購買時很櫃姐親切的介紹了各種母親節禮盒,婉拒後櫃姐立刻回覆「喔抱歉,那可能你想要的色號都沒有喔。」此時的我甚至連想要的色號都還沒有詢問。 後續問了4、5支色號,得到的回覆都是「喔抱歉,現在沒有貨喔。」逐漸覺得狀態不對後,繼續追問得到的最後回覆是「現在口紅的存貨只有搭配母親節禮盒做販售。」 全程櫃姐的態度前後不一到令人驚訝,事發當下我只是簡單道謝後,就轉身DIOR購買禮物結帳。 也許對於YSL這樣有著無數可以簡單購買更高額品項的大品牌來說,我本來就不是品牌所要鎖定的客群了,而我確實也再也不會是YSL的客群了。也可以理解真的剛好我指定的色號是要搭禮盒,但是不是有更多可以好好溝通的方式? 這件事情也可以單純點就是一位不是客人的客訴,但這篇長文真正想要說明的是最初對於YSL的這個品牌十分的嚮往,認為YSL的部分核心、創作與品牌形象之於我而言是有「喚醒女性意識,鼓勵跳脫刻板印象,創造自我價值」。 但經過這次的事件,我也醒了,比起創造自我價值,若無法為品牌創造價值也許就不夠資格成為消費者吧。
