★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果因爲是領試用包沒有實際消費而換來店員那種愛理不理的態度，就連產品使用方式都不主動說明，那請問這種行銷方式的用意是什麼？真以為試用真的是領好玩的嗎？以前也用YSl產品不是很喜歡，但想說新產品可以試用再給一次機會，但感謝店員讓我省了一筆錢，確定拒用YSL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛去櫃上想試色，櫃姐（綁馬尾，皮膚蠻暗沉的）愛理不理的一直說甚麼要預購，完全沒有要請我到椅子上試色的意思，我一直表示要試色後才一臉勉為其難的帶我到位子上。
試色後我表示沒有很喜歡櫃姐居然還冷笑了一聲；難道這個國際大牌彩妝就是這樣教員工這麼對待客人的嗎？以後再也不會在南西的YSL櫃消費了!糟糕透頂!!!
