★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 走入裕民牛肉麵店內，非常簡單的店面與座椅，賣的是道地簡單的北方麵食。拿起菜單，略加研究，今天我要點牛肉餡餅、珊瑚餅和小米粥，幫點一碗牛肉麵。
因為跟朋友聊天剛好聊到牛肉餡餅，他說要帶我去吃一間好吃的牛肉餡餅，
老闆曾經說過，小米粥配牛肉餡餅是非常搭配的，一定要試試，
所以顧不得已經八分飽的肚子，還是要來去嚐嚐阿
隱藏在巷弄間的店面，大概還是要熟客才能找到阿

珊瑚餅味道簡單但滿特別，說是紅蘿蔔做的
牛肉餡餅剛煎好很燙，不要拿舌頭開玩笑，味道不錯，內餡多汁
牛肉捲餅餅皮外層酥脆裡面紮實，裡面的醬配上蔥味道滿棒的
酸辣湯料很多，但味道不夠強烈，可以自己去醬料區調
後面的免費醬料很大方有一堆自由取用，蒜泥滿滿的，讚啦

餡餅配小米粥非常對味，小米粥可撒糖粉吃甜的，也可以配口味較重的餡餅，兩種吃法各有千秋。
店裡免費供應酸菜，加在麵裡、酸辣湯裡都很對味。
