★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11:00的6714就是原本我想搭卻消失的班次（彰化—溪湖）打電話詢問，櫃檯小姐批頭就是：你不要亂報的車次！你要從哪裡去哪裡？（然後把電話放旁邊處理買票的事，過了幾分鐘才又問一次）。之後告知這班車不是這個時間....堅持是我把發車處看反....
不知道員客已經多久沒有更新網站的訊息？不知道員客有沒有自己上網站看看？多少人在大太陽下在雨中等不到車...完全不思改進，都是乘客的錯。網站是錯的，連動的google當然也是有問題的，對不常搭客運用查資訊的人來說，問題真的很大。

［台灣好行］搭回程車時要先抽號碼牌，結果一大早就被下車的人抽光，若沒有提早一個小時去排隊後補的話根本沒車可搭。
站務阿桑說明又不清不楚，對初次買［台灣好行］套票搭車去的人不算友善，難怪很多人都選擇自行開車，結果造成交通阻塞。
