站在外面的年輕警衛不知是在大聲什麼！（年紀稍長的警衛大哥就很客氣）還沒進到醫院就莫名其妙被兇
要陪病證才可進急診，但你們沒給任何一張陪病證。
家屬詢問狀況，護士卻回答已經跟其他家屬說過了，然後不再告知？！
試問若非不得已，誰會沒事去醫院？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shameful doctor, unprofessional and lack service. Registrar and cashier also cold blooded. Would not recommend! There are better hospitals in yuanlin. This hospital I have taken patients here several times, each time it’s the same awful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not come here unless for ER. Then you should leave as soon as possible. Total scam. Doctor shamelessly promoted self-pay over national insurance, rude nurses treated patients as unwilling wallets for the taking. Just nothing good to say about this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife gave birth here. good standard of care overall. its a busy hospital but doctors and nurses are pros. won't say i hope to be back soon, but its good to know this place exists in yuanlin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed how the night staff treated my boyfriend and I (2 foreigners) on the night of October 5th. We said many times that we don't understand but some of the nurses still tried to use Chinese anyway. That was very frustrating. Secondly, after my boyfriend went into the ER, I sat in the waiting room and watched as the nurses were laughing and giggling about English and Americans/South Africans. It was very insensitive. Thirdly, the male nurse inside the ER speaks so loudly while there are so many patients trying to lie down in peace. His shoes are too big for him too because he drags his feet on the floor. Very unprofessional.
Don't get annoyed with us just because we don't understand. It's not a nice experience for us to go to a hospital in another country. It's actually very scary. It's even worse when the staff is either rude or laughs at us like we're a tourist attraction.
We understand enough to know when you are doing these things. Our Chinese is conversational. We just don't know hospital or health related vocabulary.
