赤道原則(The Equator Principles)為赤道原則協會(The Equator Principles Association)2003年所發佈對於重大專案融資的環境與社會風險評估框架，為金融機構提供一套融資過程中用以確定、評估和管理專案所涉及的環境和社會風險的基準。元大銀行為落實企業永續發展的承諾，於109年10月8日正式成為赤道原則協會會員銀行，並遵循赤道原則10項原則。赤道原則協會網站 https://equator-principles.com/
依照赤道原則規範，會員機構應針對適用之專案融資及專案相關一般貸款，按潛在的環境社會風險和影響程度分為高(A)、中(B)、低(C)三類，並依不同風險級別的專案開展不同程度的環境和社會風險審查，藉以減緩中、高風險案件對環境與社會衝擊，且透過赤道原則承諾條款規範與每年定期監測貸後管理項目，確保案件執行符合赤道原則。
配合赤道原則規範，元大銀行於109年11月完成制訂「辦理赤道原則融資案件管理要點」及相關作業流程，並以任務編組方式成立「環境社會風險小組」，負責授信案件之環境社會風險評估、審查及監測，適度降低潛在案件所帶來之環境與社會衝擊，並促使客戶重視環境保護與社會責任。
為使各單位熟悉赤道原則相關機制與新增表單，全面落實赤道原則政策，元大銀行於109年11月底及12月中各舉辦一場大型教育訓練，委請外部顧問針對環境社會風險小組、審查單位及業務單位辦理教育訓練課程，深化同仁對於環境社會風險的認知與掌握。未來亦將不定期辦理相關課程，以期在承諾遵循赤道原則之際，降低重大專案融資案件對環境與社會造成之不利影響，並促使授信對象於經營上能重視環保與企業社會責任。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率差等開互要等1小時，其他櫃檯不能支援嗎？開互櫃檯只有一個那個人員也真辛苦，主管也不會協助分配支援一下。
If the efficiency is poor, wait an hour for each other. Can other counters not support it? It’s really hard work to open the counter with only one person, and the supervisor won’t assist in allocating support.

I waited for 2.5 hours to open an account, but only 6 people were opened. Please find a way to improve it. The first time you open an account, wait until it’s too old.

On May 3, 2022, did all the staff of Yuanta Bank go on vacation? Knowing that there are so many guests at the scene, why not send more staff? Why can guests be allowed to wait for more than an hour? I draw number cards at 1:47 pm, and now I'm still waiting... Waiting for the ends of the earth, it seems like a lifetime.
