二樓換匯的態度很差，聽到要換台幣換人民幣，行員感覺很開心，一旦聽到人民幣要換台幣，臉就沉了，一直皺眉頭，連問個換的匯率是多少，還大聲的報數，樓上就沒人，這麼大聲是……？
