★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度很差，講話的方式跟口氣都非常讓人不舒服，明明是行員自己搞錯意思，還把錯怪到客人頭上，絕對不會再去這裡第二次

服務櫃檯效率有夠差, 兩個號碼排快一小時（其中一號還是跳號）開個戶要開40分鐘
其他銀行都不用20分鐘, 流程上有差這麼多？
