邊做時還小聲碎念說早知道不要叫下個號碼，已等將近1小時，還說早知道不叫我們？！

只是要補本子而已，也可以拖一個半小時才給（前面剩一個客人而已），態度極差不專業！
人員你們自己按錯叫號鈴，我們帶小孩跑上又跑下的，又說不是這樓，要去樓下問，正要問的時候，保全態度更差，問：你們來這裡幹嘛？（重點一進門到現在一直在聊天玩手機！）
