詢問還要多久，櫃員只會回答快好了，無法告知大概時間，一句快好了卻讓客人等了半個多小時，不在乎客人時間，只是要匯個款，前後換了兩個櫃檯還搞不定！
The teller is inadequately trained and asks everything next door.
How long will the inquiry take? The teller will only answer soon. I ca n’t tell the approximate time. The sentence is almost ready but the customer waits for more than half an hour. I do n’t care about the customer ’s time. I just need to send money. indefinite!

現在防疫期間，業務小姐未戴口罩，跟我面對面間隔不到20公分的談話，雖然我有戴口罩，但覺得有些疑慮。員工訓練真的要好好加強。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可說是所有銀行裡效率最差的一間了！沒有讓你等最久，，只有讓你等更久！大概就是服務完一個客人，櫃員就要休息個20分鐘再叫下一號的概念
It can be said to be the least efficient of all banks! Didn't make you wait the longest, only made you wait longer! It's probably the concept that after serving a customer, the teller has to rest for 20 minutes before calling the next number.
