★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上次也是匯一樣的帳號，行員照著上次的客戶收執聯填寫，匯出銀行台灣銀寫成台新銀，讓我來回奔波。行員與主管一句道歉都沒有，真是糟糕的分行。
 The same account number was used for the transfer last time. The clerk filled in according to the customer receipt slip last time, and the remittance bank Taiwan Bank was written as Taiwan New Bank, and I was running back and forth. The clerk and the supervisor did not apologize, it was a terrible branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 叫號速度極慢，全區無客人，等二分鐘才叫號，希望主管可以感受自己銀行的服務熱忱。
The call speed is extremely slow, and there are no customers in the area. It takes two minutes to call the number. I hope the supervisor can feel the service enthusiasm of his bank.

最不喜歡去的銀行。
