開過那麼多次帳戶,第一次看到如此傲慢、驕橫、差勁的服務態度。首先是保全那張嘴臉,要是沒注意到他那身高貴的保全制服,我還以為他是元大羅東分行行長正在視察底層狀況。那個高貴又傲慢的態度,真的是讓我印象深刻。 想當年我在香港開戶時,他們態度差歸差,但都沒有這次來的羞辱。什麼叫做今天不接受開戶了?時間明明才快2點,即使真的因為業務量太大,不能再接受開戶,那告知客戶時也不應該帶入個人情緒吧!完全不曉得那位保全大哥及櫃檯那位小姐家裡發生什麼事,但在上班時也請拿出敬業的態度好嗎? 最後希望你們能加油!不要被現實的壓力打倒!加油!元大羅東分行證券部的好夥伴們!

來開戶,等了一個小時沒關係有客人可以體諒,但是有些感覺是老客戶根本沒排隊就銀行主管直接幫他們處理插隊,可憐的櫃員被罵的也是他們插隊的是主管,看了非常不爽,我們的時間都不是時間?

之前來銀行開外幣戶,警衛跟行員的服務感覺非常好,當時遇到防疫期間,進入銀行,警衛就過來説:「你好,為你做個防疫,請把雙手放在機器底下」。做好後就又説:「麻煩做個實聯制」。實聯制的QRcode做好。又説請問要辦什麼業務。告知要開外幣戶後,警衛就幫我抽了號碼牌,並告訴我今天開戶的人比較多,還有一個在開二個在等,會等比較久,請我先坐一下。等了快一小時,輪到我時,幫我開戶的行員拿了一張紙要我先填寫資料,並向我要了雙證件及印章。開戶時行員也很親切的問一些問題,約20多分鐘開完戶 。雖花了快二小時才開完戶,但從進入銀行到開完戶,配合警衛的引導,到開戶行員的服務,感覺除了等比較久外,警衛跟行員,都沒有之前的人說的警衞態度差,行員服務不好的情況。不知是否當事人不配合防疫措施,被警衛要求先做完防疫措施,而覺得不被尊重?覺得警衛態度差。還有行員要求提供的資料沒帶,必須回家拿或是需先申請什麼文件才能開戶之類的事,而覺得行員服務態度不佳。若是如我所說,那指責警衛跟行員態度差服務不好的人,應該是要自我檢討,為何在防疫期間不配合防疫措施,是在趕什麼事?若因你個人防疫沒做好而影嚮的可不是你自己一個人的生命安全。另外銀行現在開戶要求的文件或資料,就我所知比以前多,但這應該也是法規規定的吧!自己若沒帶全資料而指責行員服務不佳,也不盡公道了!總之說了一大堆,就只是要將我遇到的,看到的,聽到的,跟批評指責的人所說的完全不一樣狀況説出來。不過開戶的人多的時候,真的要等蠻久的。
