不知道是不是沒錢請客服還是客服不夠專業? 電話的人相當無禮!我客客氣氣的跟他詢問有關APP問題,沒禮貌的回答我重點還回答錯!那態度好像他是奧客我才是客服。1星不說了!

覺得營業員不專業,我想用其他銀行扣款要授權我可以理解,我卻接到營業員的電話被要求說要去北投的元大銀行開戶,說是因為這樣比較方便,說我這樣每次都要匯錢進去,後面我問說所以不能用我習慣的往來銀行嗎?他要我等一下他去問一下,營業員又回說那不然你寄授權書過來好了,我就說那我用元大內湖的戶頭可不可以,他又再去問一下,他就回我說內湖的沒有往來,下面又說不管你用元大的還是用其他的都要寄授權書過來啊!(那你怎麼不早講??解釋一堆重點只有「請我印授權書蓋章寄回」,最火的是一問三不知) 我就問他說授權書你們可以寄過來嗎?他就回說開戶的系統裡面就有了啊!問他要從哪裡進去又講不出來,事後回到開戶系統裡根本找不到,是我去看email才找到的,自家的系統自己人都不會用? 今天我又接到營業員的電話,問說我的開戶印鑑是簽名加蓋章嗎?然後問我領錢的時候是這樣領嗎?我說啊.…現在領錢都在ATM領了除非大額才會臨櫃啊!這戶頭我也開很久了老實說我早忘了開戶印鑑是不是這樣了,就先幫我送錯了再改啊...我也不急著下單,哪來廢話這麼多?電話跟我盧這麼久說他很少看到這樣的,其他事都不用做了?也不先問問看人家放不方便講電話...感受極差,為了省那一點點手續費受這種鳥氣.…

之前去女服務人員 態度不是很好 不過後來另一位先生過來 態度好很多 而且比較對我有幫助到
