★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know why the raves reviews, their beef noodle soup is below average, noodle is not resilient, soup is blend except for the spicy peppers, there were a total of three pieces of beef. I have a star to the cold appetizers of braised tofu and kelp, and another star for the nice lady at the counter.
After all, it’s a bowel of noodle only cost US$4.50.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like that they provided a variety of substitutes for beef noodles, including rice, flat rice noodles, and rice vermicelli. Besides, it’s nice that the low sodium option was still flavorful and not bland at all. The side dishes were a bit greasy but tased good in general.
