流程也不是先說明！一顆星都不想給

＊這裡的科別是粗分的，重大醫療，會建議轉診更專門醫院。在這裡看診的醫師和護士都平和且仔細。
＊這醫院還有許多可以上升的空間。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的3.2顆星不是假的，進來接觸到的醫療人員，包括櫃檯人員，至少20人以上，只有2個人態度是很好的，服務親切熱心，其餘都如其他留言一樣，冷漠、話中帶刺，還會背後說閒話，話還講的很大聲，生怕我們聽不到一樣

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫療器材不足，爸爸心臟跟腦血管阻塞，送到玉里慈濟醫院，跟我們說設備不足，叫我們送去花蓮慈濟醫院，玉里送到花蓮那麼長的路程，救護車花了兩個多小時才到花蓮，耽誤了黃金救援時間，一個禮拜後爸爸往生了，希望花蓮總醫院能夠撥經費，多買一些先進醫療設備，畢竟花蓮到玉里太遠了，容易錯過珍貴的救援時間
Due to insufficient medical equipment, my father’s heart and cerebral blood vessels were blocked, and he was sent to Yuli Tzu Chi Hospital. He told us that the equipment was insufficient, and told us to take us to Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital. It took more than two hours for the ambulance to take Yuli to Hualien. I just arrived in Hualien, which delayed the golden rescue time. My father passed away a week later. I hope Hualien General Hospital can allocate funds to buy more advanced medical equipment. After all, Hualien is too far from Yuli, and it is easy to miss the precious rescue time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從花蓮南下台東之間玉慈也算是較有規模的醫院，不是要求護士或行政人員要以服務為主，是整個玉慈從我10前第一次來到現在真的退步很多，難怪很多在地人現在都不來玉慈就醫了！
From Hualien South to Taitung, Yuci is also a relatively large-scale hospital. It is not that nurses or administrative staff are required to focus on service, but the whole Yuci has really regressed a lot since I first came here 10 years ago. No wonder many are in Local people don't come to Yuci for medical treatment anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 該說什麼？這間醫院就是鄉下較具規模的一間醫院，賠錢在經營的一間醫院，揹著慈善團體盛名的一間醫院，個人覺得在一個離花蓮市、台東市都必須將近兩個小時車程的偏鄉，常駐人口數不到兩萬人的小地方，有一間醫院能夠處理急診，讓患者免於苦痛，是一件讓人心安的事，所以沒有必要去抱怨醫院工作人員的態度不好，因為醫院提供的是醫療，不是服務！至少當下"處理我"的護理師，並沒有讓我覺得不悅，而是冷氣實在太冷了...

I personally feel that it is about two hours away from Hualien City and Taitung City. Township, a small place with a resident population of less than 20,000.
