顧客辛苦賺錢好不容易存到頭期款，卻因為貴公司在人員教育方面把關欠佳，導致底下人員欠缺專業沒有發現屋子瑕疵，又或者可能是蓄意隱瞞屋子本身的瑕疵，只為趕快成交？
難道這就是貴公司教育員工的宗旨：把顧客都當肥羊？
