★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in Taiwan for over a decade, and dealt with countless agents and other businesspeople. Taiwanese are famous for being among the most warm and kind people in the world, I have to say that Mr Wu from this realty store was the most helpful and genuine agent (of any kind) I have ever met in Taiwan or any other country. While he wasn't able to find me an apartment himself (as I was looking for a specific type of apartment, none of which were available in his area) he was incredibly helpful and also interesting to chat with. I recommend him without reservations to anyone wanting to rent or buy apartments in Linkou.
