甚至將鑰匙直接放置在警衛室
最後房子看完 地下室還遺留布滿灰塵物品(廢棄輪胎 五金工具箱等等)
當日打電話反應此事
昨日賣家房仲清理完，通知此事甚至直接在電話中說
「應該是由我方房仲清理」此等言論。
不只欠缺專業度、更沒有同理心。
我方房仲不能聯絡賣家，假如真的丟棄掉，賣家後續提出要歸還呢？
到時候我方是否要賠償這些物品？
更別說還遺留有廢棄輪胎，賣家物品難道處理費用要由我方出？
根本毫無責任心可言。
更不用說當初簽約的時候我方就有說過
只要是非固定的家具，都請賣家帶走
難道沒說到地下室就當沒這回事？
