我透過這間加盟店買一間套房,買的有夠悶。 看屋時,仲介告訴我房客上夜班工作,所以不能待太久,所以很多東西根本沒有辦法細看 仲介人員再告訴我,他專營這棟大樓,所以大樓狀況他很熟。他又告訴我,賣方傢具家電都是剛換新的,我看到的東西都有附上 結果,我有申請修繕,等我要搬進去時,浴室洗臉盆根本沒有裝水管,水直接從洗臉盆流到地上。床墊沒有很,仲介告訴我因為壞掉了,房客自己買,所以不能附,但是我看屋時仲介可是告訴我我看到的都有附。雖然後來店長有賠給我 屋內有一個小流理台,我要把一肢腳踏上放東西時,才發現流理台側板根本沒有固定在流理台,仲介不是告訴我屋主東西都換新的?我再檢查嚇到了,流理台的膠根本完全剝落了,還好發現得早,不然我摔死了都不知道找誰賠我一條命 我很生氣一度要拒絕交屋,甚至提告,而仲介人員一直告訴我,屋主不住在這裡,奇怪了,屋主對屋況不了解跟我簽約的理由是什麼?有沒有故意隱瞞事實?簽合約就是照合約走,被我發現事實與合約不同,只會拿屋主沒有住在這裏當藉口,法律上説得通嗎?仲介人員對屋況不了解怎麼可以說出一堆自己想像的東西來騙人?仲介人員對屋況不了解怎麼介紹房子?對屋況不了解就可以自己編出一堆東西來騙人? 我今天更是傻眼了,這裡明明是住宅大樓,卻有屋主在大樓內辦活動,住宅大樓不應該是可以讓非住戶進出的大樓,住戶安全何在?仲介不是口口聲聲說他是這棟樓熟悉到不行,隱匿資訊?我從來沒有看過哪棟住宅可以讓住戶帶一堆人進入辦活動的!只有管委會可以辦活動,但參與者也僅止於住戶吧⋯⋯ 而辦活動的住戶可是大樓蓋好就買了,而且已經不是第一次辦活動 更傻眼的是,這裡老住戶告訴我這棟樓曾有二人跳樓死亡,而當時這裡的住戶人人每天都無法好好入睡,後來有做一些事情這裡的住戶才能真正好好入睡。雖然我的屋子並不是凶宅,但這裡有跳樓死亡的訊息也應該揭露吧?
