非常非常差的賣方經驗！我們家適合2大2小的空間，他們帶了5-6組客人來，全部都說空間太小為由所以沒興趣出價⋯呃⋯請問來之前不知道要看幾坪的房子嗎？沒看過房屋基本介紹嗎？今天還帶了一組要3大2小空間的客人來看⋯參觀的人完全不篩選，反而每兩組完就找屋主談降價?當然降價就好賣⋯但如果是這樣的話，為什麼要付4%仲介費？？賣方如過要找這間永慶要小心呦⋯而且簽約的業務員常常沒來！受夠了⋯提前解約！ VERY VERY Negative seller experience! Our home is most suited for 2 adults and 2 children, they brought around 5-6 potential buyers, every time they would say they do not wish to bid because the size was not enough for them...sigh...don't they tell the potential buyers how big of an apartment they are visiting? Haven't they seen the intro for the apartment? Today they brought a new potential buyer looking for a size suitable for 3 adults and 2 children...they DO NOT screen who they bring, plus they ask the seller to drop their price every 2 sets of visitors? of course it would be easier to sell if you drop the price...but if so, why do we need to pay them 4% agent fee?? You better beware how this branch operates if you are a seller...plus the agent responsible for your case often do not show up with the clients! Had enough...ending contract prematurely!
