老闆叫我們用用看「現在的流行」
回去試用後,真的不太習慣,打電話跟老闆說
「我還是要裝一個 板擦架」
老闆說「 那要訂喔 」
然後我就把白板 又載回店家
兩天後再取回來。
。
那一開始,我質疑老闆你
「為什麼沒有板擦架,這樣好像不太好用」
你大可直接說 「 現場沒有,要加訂」
我就不用一來一往多跑來回一趟!
而不是一直說服客人「這是新款 新流行都這樣」
態度一副「 我是老闆、我才專業、你不懂 」

從網路上找到這家,訂了一批桌墊,講好厚度要1.2 mm,開始很不愉快的過程。
訂貨後2週都沒消息,打電話去問,老闆說以為我不急,還沒做,催他要趕緊製作,隔了一週去取貨,一時粗心沒當場檢查,付完款後回家才發現十幾塊桌墊竟然有3種顏色,透明藍、透明綠和淡黃,淡黃那幾塊看起來就是放很久變質,更扯的是好幾塊表面都有大刮痕,傻眼⋯⋯
打電話給老闆要求要重做,他只會說他的材料是SGS檢驗合格,品質好。我向他強烈表達不滿,抱怨品質太差、沒信用,不重做就退錢。他心不甘情不願才說要重做。又隔一週沒消息,只好又打電話去催他,他說還沒做,我只好說人家趕著要,都拖了一個月,客戶不爽了,他又說會做。過兩天傳訊問老闆,沒回應,只好隔天再打電話催他,他才說做好了。
次日去拿發現厚度根本沒有1.2 mm,連一半都沒有,因為實在拖太久,客戶急著要,只能向客戶賠不是,虧錢虧大了。
另外,桌墊形狀矩形裁切成梯形,技術實在有待改進

What's more, there are large scratches on several surfaces, dumbfounded...
Call the boss to ask for a redo, he will only say that his materials are SGS inspected and of good quality. I strongly expressed my dissatisfaction to him, complaining that the quality is too bad, there is no credit, and I will refund the money if I don't redo it. He was unwilling to say that he wanted to do it again. There was no news every other week, so he called to urge him again. He said he hadn't done it yet. I had to say that they were rushing to ask for it. After a month, the client was upset, so he said that he would do it. After two days of questioning the boss, there was no response, so he had to call him the next day and he said it was done.
I went to get it the next day and found that the thickness was not 1.2 mm at all, not even half of it. Because it was too long, the customer was eager to ask for it, and had to pay the customer and lost money.
In addition, the rectangular shape of the table mat is cut into a trapezoid, and the technology needs to be improved.

當初網路上搜尋,因急用老闆說沒問題最慢隔週五可以交貨,也會協助裁切好,當日先談定價格,隔日店家打來問是否要訂要求盡快下訂而我也在當天馬上完成匯款。
結果隔一個週末,週一聯絡時才說疫情關係貿易商斷料云云沒有辦法了要隔月交,反反復復又說不然我明天載整捲過去你自己切看要我補貼工錢還怎樣啦,說店裡空間小根本沒辦法切。
欸!?這不是報價的時候就要考慮到的事嗎?還一直吹說做30-40年結果做生意一點誠信專業都沒有真的不知道是怎麼生存到現在的欸。
後來直接退訂找別的廠商處理,但此店家的做生意方式實在讓人感到不可思議,傻眼到不行,如果有負星星的我連一顆星都不想給。
