得知申請人跨縣市來申請，還要不斷詢問「跑這麼遠來申請」的用意與當日行程安排，了解到麥寮戶政辦理文件的合理性，並且一直要求申請人「去當地申請就好了，不要來這裡辦」。
另外也當下指正法院函文內容寫得不清不楚，要求申請人再請法院「寫清楚一點，不能無限上崗」。
這位先生的細心程度非常優秀，值得超越滿分6顆星，而這是按不到的那一顆
