Why is there no way to increase taxes across towns to check arrears across towns? I really don’t understand. You can check the arrears at the tax bureau in other counties and cities in six cities, but Yunlin County can’t. Do you really have no idea about one country, two systems? Now it’s the Internet age, it’s really hard to understand why the paper should be sent to the General Administration of Taxation.
