I was very impressed by the quality of the products supplied such as the soap that came in a really nice packaging. Furthermore, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall very nice experience, will go back again.

However onsen is a little small , you have to get in one by one , not the style in Japan .Hotel provides breakfast every morning , even they don ‘t have lots of styles , but you can see they did it by heart !

The size of room is small but adequate. Service was excellent - the staff was patient in introducing the room and recommended food around Jiaoxi. The parking area is opposite the hotel about 60m away. The room has a large in room tub but the hotel does not have public hot bath. The breakfast was mainly Taiwanese food. It was good but limited selection. The hotel also serves complimentary snacks, fruits and sweet porridge in the evening.

Their rooms and hot tubs are excellent and the breakfast and afternoon tea and snacks are wonderful! We slept very well both nights and I love the complimentary award winning shampoo & body wash they provided. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

But I was really disappointed, I think it's ok if the hotel is old, that's a charm. But the hotel is badly maintained, the bathroom had a really strong smell, and there were molds in a lot of places. A lot of rusty things also.
