★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結帳時前面排了兩個人（都買兩三件而已）但卻等了快10分鐘，名字R開頭黑色卷髮的女店員臉超臭，動作非常不疾不徐，結帳時叫我確認明細金額，連看都還沒看她就把明細丟在那，講話也很小聲根本聽不懂在講什麼，在等的這10分鐘跟顧客結帳的過程連一次眼神交流都沒有，員工訓練真的有待加強
There were two people in front of me at the checkout (both bought two or three pieces) but they waited for almost 10 minutes. The female clerk with black curly hair whose name starts with R has a very stinky face and moves very slowly. She called me at checkout. After confirming the amount of details, she threw the details there before she even looked at it. She spoke in a low voice and couldn't understand what she was talking about. During the 10 minutes of waiting, she didn't even make eye contact with the customer during the checkout process. Staff training really needs to be strengthened

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親子不友善！和老公用推車各自推一個小孩前往試衣間，服務態度非常差的告知女生就是無法進入，可以告知這是男性試衣間，女生不能進就好，講不清楚又態度差，爾後結帳因信用卡問題告知先在旁等先生前來，卻又遇到同個服務人員，告知必須重新排隊，整個過程都讓人感到不舒服。
Parents are not friendly! My husband and I each used a cart to push a child to the fitting room. The service attitude was very poor and told the girls that they could not enter. You can tell that this is a male fitting room. Due to the credit card problem, I was told to wait for the gentleman to come, but I met the same service staff and told me that I had to queue up again. The whole process made people feel uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 首先不管店員態度如何，全台灣Zara的庫存最醜大概就台南 南紡了！ 很好奇這庫存配貨是誰選的，怎麼會要什麼沒什麼，店內就只剩下銷售不了的款式… 還是覺得台北最好
再來店員到底有多狀況外?? 以下其他留言大部分屬實囉～ 去過這麼多國家的Zara 沒看過比台南這家更糟糕的。

我說如果要證明卡是本人的，現在刷了手機就會有訊息了！
竟然還要我綁定Line Pay？
第一次遇到要付款了，還要求這麼多的！
