★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peated Scottish Ale was good, but a little sweet and I could not taste the peated flavor. The Vienna Lager is a little more bitter than reported. Maybe hopped too long? The barrel aged stout had an added whiskey flavor, but not like other barrel aged stout I've had in Colorado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously visited the Zhang Men in HKG, we can see the resemblances, friendly and easygoing, only perhaps the beer is fresher in Taipei. Their beers are always punchy and flavourful, the black IPA was in between a stout and an ipa with a slight malty citrusy finish, the passion fruit was packed with passion fruit and honey, perfect afternoon “tea” material! And remember the buy 2 get 1 free happy hour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent brew pub with 20+ of their own craft beers on tap. A great variety and I very much enjoyed all 6 of the brews I tried in my Flight. Ranks right up there with the best craft breweries I've been to in the US.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you enjoy good craft beer beer, go here! A great selection of beer, always changing what's on the pumps. Expensive compared to Europe and the US but not for Taipei. The staff really seem to actually care about the beer and are knowagable about what they offer. Snacks are standard bar fair, not bad but nothing special. But as beer goes, one of the best in Taipei. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE THIS BREWERY. It feels so “American” here and I LOVE it!
The manager Cyprus is awesome, he’s always walking around greeting and serving guests. (I always give brownie points to managers who help the staff on the floor!) His English is good, there’s usually at least one English speaking person working here.
The beer here is great, they have tons of options (even sour ales). You can find something for everyone here. They have a few tables outside to sit at as well. I’ve been bringing all my new friends here.
This really is such a great spot to hang out with friends and enjoy a beer or two.

I did not tried any food though, but the beer is chunky, tasty, you don’t actually want to eat after it and you have a great selection of 20-something different types of beer from the super-light Pilsner to dark and heavy Stout.
Come by this place, you will not regret!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice little bar off the famous yongkang street. It's small inside but the decor is trendy. Also the on tap beers are pretty good and fairly priced. Chill vibes. I would definitely go back.
