The teachers in the school are very active and dedicated to running the school. I came to our school this semester as a music intern teacher It is found that every teacher in the school is very attentive to students, serious in teaching, and actively concerned about the learning situation of every intern teacher, so that we, novice teachers, can get into the situation faster, whether it is class management or administration. I have benefited a lot from teaching in various aspects of affairs and subjects, and I have also gained a lot of inspiration from students. No wonder there are so many intern teachers who want to come to Zhanghe Junior High School for internships. I heard from my instructor that many intern teachers also came here for internships. There are six intern teachers this semester. It's really happy to have so many partners who work together in internships, and I am not alone on the way to becoming an official teacher. ? In addition, in the first two weeks of school, the administrative office of my internship was assigned to the library. During the period of sorting books, I found that many books in the school were just published books not long ago, and they were new enough. The students in Zhanghe Middle School are really happy. The school’s reading promotion activities are super well organized. Many students rush to borrow books after class. There is also a mechanism for accumulating points for prizes, which increases the motivation of students to learn actively.
