真的是一般，夜市的品質、湯沒味道、沙拉一般、牛排厚但是上桌前才再確認三分熟，卻沒有嫩度，且生到再利用家人的鐵盤加熟度⋯
不再是原師傅，第二代要撐下去要努力啊⋯

跟著友人推薦來到這裡，來的時候一直說很厲害，外表樸實沒有精美裝潢，內在卻是讓人驚艷。
配菜的沙拉，濃湯，紅茶，其實跟多數相差不大，堅持使用原塊肉的牛排，才是真正厲害的地方，這次選擇菲力牛排五分熟，內在還是可以看到粉嫩的粉紅色澤，不用過多的調味就很好吃，位在台南的一間店家，想吃好牛排的可以試試。

Adi Steak House, Filet Mignon
Came here following the recommendation of a friend. When I came, I always said it was amazing. The exterior is simple and without exquisite decoration, but the interior is amazing.
The side dishes, salad, soup, and black tea, are actually not much different from most. Stick to the steak with raw meat, which is really good. This time I chose the fillet steak half-cooked, and you can still see the tender pink inside. The color is delicious without too much seasoning. It is located in a restaurant in Tainan. You can try it if you want a good steak.

It is comparable to the cooking methods of high-end western restaurants, and the freshness of the ingredients can be eaten; I feel that the adjectives that pop up in my mind are not enough to express the deliciousness of today's meal! The prices here are a bit higher than the budget steakhouses, but definitely worth it, will definitely come back.
