但加上店家自製的肉燥辣醬，對於愛吃辣的人，美味直接上升一個層次。
肉燥乾麵，肉燥香濃，再加上店家的肉燥辣醬，就無敵了。對於偏好香辣的客人，真的不能錯過。
唯一缺點麵條煮太軟，但要Q點的客人，點餐時可以跟老闆娘說，不要煮太軟，有熟就好。
是平價的在地美食。
