同樣是客運公司,指南司機的態度最爛,開車像+9,流氓是不是啊?你們公司要不要多開一堂情緒管理課來教育一下員工?不然哪天司機一個不爽整車投水你們公司是賠得起喔?

貴公司要不要多開一堂情緒管理課來教育一下員工?昨天(1/24)去淡水新市鎮朋友家玩,17:30左右回家“第一次”搭881公車,車號569-U3這司機態度口氣很差,不能問問題,因車頭牌標示不清,我只是上車前再確認方向是否往淡水捷運站,他就說我問很多遍了,都坐這麼多次還一直問。

2022/2/14 上午7:50 從油車口上車未戴口罩的乘客,到華南銀行站才戴上口罩,他從前門上車,司機卻未提醒。 2021/09/從12:30等了超過半個小時了,看了站牌跑馬燈及手機e+bus的公車到站時間,又重新計算。 1:08打電話給淡水站的指南客運,怎麼881還沒有出來,今天有行駛?客服人員直接告訴我說他1:00 就出去啊我不知道啊他出去了啊我不知道,我最後回覆說我要客訴掛了電話,過了10分鐘我叫的計程車來了,才發現久違的881在e+bus上出現。 為什麼不會告訴乘客說,司機剛剛有事現在才要出去一個解釋也不願意。可以訓練一下接電話的客服人員專業知識嗎。
