★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't overlook this garden if you visit the National Palace Museum. It's a tiny beautiful and calm garden. The entrance fee is included in the museum ticket. If you need a place to get away from the crowd, it is a good place to go. And, do not overlook the Aboriginal Cultural Park, where you can find clusters of sabino tree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Zhishan Garden which are next to the museum, Entry is free to the gardens if you have a museum ticket, however the control is not strict. Entry to the museum is 350 NT per adult.
To get there take the MRT Tamsui-Xinyi Line to the Shilin Station, exit 1 and walk first road on the right for the bus stop, take bus R30 direct to the National Palace Museum. Other busses stopping nearby are 255, 304, 815 and Minibus 18. Another option is to take the MRT Wenhu Line to the Dazhi Station and take bus B13 to the National Palace Museum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Garden inside the complex of National Palace. The access is included in the ticket for the museum, otherwise it cost 20 NT$. Relaxing place, if it is not too busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most peaceful place. Perfect location for photo shoots. Lots of spots to choose from. And also a great place to study. And the fish are huge! There’s a place to grab fish food as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful grounds ♡♡♡ . There are a couple of ponds, one filled with koi, some very larger ones too ?. A few pagodas to sit and enjoy the views. Admission is included with the museum fee, just hold on to your ticket stub. Did I mention the gorgeous black swans?
