★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店面乾淨舒適，播著爵士樂呢！牛肉麵條是寬的，有嚼勁。燙青菜不加醬油膏，只有油蔥，吃到食物原味，真的很棒！手工高麗菜水餃（沒拍到），麵皮Q，蔬菜餡料新鮮，肉餡沒有外面那種很重的豬肉味。招牌蔥油餅是厚的，也不錯喔！個人覺得在清大夜市眾多油膩、勾芡的料理中，這家料理風味自然許多，會再光顧。
The store is clean and comfortable, playing jazz! The beef noodles are wide and chewy. The hot vegetables don't add soy sauce cream, only the oil onion, the original taste of the food is really great! Handmade cabbage dumplings (not photographed), noodles Q, fresh vegetable filling, meat filling does not have the heavy pork flavor outside. The signature scallion pancakes are thick and not bad! I personally think that among the many greasy, thickened dishes in Qingda Night Market, this dish has a lot of natural flavors and will visit again.

老闆娘的態度很好
水餃不錯吃
但酸辣湯比較像是酸菜白肉鍋的那種湯底
跟一般外面喝到的勾芡酸辣湯不一樣
菜量還不錯，但如果是想喝一般認知的那種酸辣湯可能要特別留意

超級乾淨 桌子完全沒有油漬
東西也都很好吃
很清淡很香很有嚼勁

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水餃味道不錯但皮便薄易破，蔥油餅味道不錯不會太油，酸辣湯跟市面的不太一樣，有酸。
Dumplings taste good but the skin is thin and easy to break. The scallion pancakes taste good and not too oily. The hot and sour soup is not the same as the market ones, but it is sour.
