租這裡會後悔。這棟大樓房客沒在挑的。正常人住會瘋掉。如果隔壁來一堆晚上不睡覺。音樂大小聲。起酒瘋了。會被吵很久。大樓需要時間處理。租金高還要被吵。真的要三思。

平均租金非常高的套房大樓 但除了入住時要求簽署入住須知, 很常遇到好多閒雜人等進進出出、半夜唱歌、吸地板的人仍然大有人在 整棟建築物普遍隔音很差,即便隔間是水泥牆、但普遍偏薄,隔壁開門鎖門都聽得到。 管理人員都挺用心經營管理,但畢竟缺乏強制力、外加大多都是租戶也沒有用心珍惜。 從等電梯的小地方就能看出、很多住戶為求方便同時按兩部電梯,然後後面的人就很倒霉、等個十分鐘還等不到⋯ 除了管理人員好心勸說,立公告,其實整體環境真的沒太多人在互相體諒的。 公共電費貴 並且不包含在管理費用裡, 都是跟著每期電費帳單繳交。 遇到搬家高峰期、有時候公共電費一期多300-400元左右 (這就是房東的台水台電收費所沒告知的事) 還有很多很驚恐的排水管會有煙味,低樓層馬桶會爆炸⋯⋯ 歡迎自行挖掘哦!
