The departure time of Hexin Passenger Transport was adjusted but did not communicate with the Taichung City Government. The scheduled departure time was 8:35 but it was changed to 8:55. No announcement was posted. When calling 1922 for inquiries, it was also told that the departure was 8:35, until today. It was only then that the departure time was changed, causing passengers to miss the time of the high-speed rail.
