★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and very green. Pathways are smooth and well paved. It's really big and pretty, perfect for running or walking. There's a track loop for running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The park is part of the Central Taiwan Science Park, which many big technological manufactures are operating inside. Semiconductors, TFT LCD, and DRAM are produced inside. However, when you step inside the park, it doesn't feed like near factories - if you skip the futurist buildings, it feels like inside Central Park. The trees, trails, and facilities are great too. It has several entrances, so it's very accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent park that is part of the bigger "science park" area. Good for jogging and riding a bike along the broad paths. Lots of open grassy areas and not too many trees. However, there is a certain chemical smell you get when you are close to the AUO factory that looms over the park. Compared to the nearby Taichung Metropolitan Park, this place is boring and limited. Beware of a pack of stray dogs that roam nearby. The view of Taichung below is expansive but you usually won't see much because of the pollution. They do have a baseball field and a small playground for kids. Parking is free.
