搥球練習及比賽標準場地，老人會館內有卡啦OK教唱，定期舉辦中青，長青組歌唱比賽聯誼活動。園內步道，全面舖新,綠化,增設石桌,石椅。
旁圖書館，已全面整修完成了可正常運作。
捶球場地已於此次整修，全改為花園及步道了。
