The unveiling ceremony of the commemorative plaque of the German Reich Consulate was held on December 12, 2018 at Zhongxiao Junior High School. In a speech, Prince Tao (Thomas Prinz), Director of the German Association in Taiwan, said that the German Imperial Consulate was established from 1895 to 1908, and its official name is the German Consulate in Danshui/Dadaocheng, Formosa. Loyalty to the junior high school feels good to me, especially the math and science class teachers are very attentive, taking into account diversity and further education. International education is also the earliest school in Taipei, an amazing school!

Awesome school! Hardware equipment is amazing! There is a temperament library with high quality products, and each person in the biological experiment class can operate a microscope. Every year there are international exchange activities. The teacher is very careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 校地原為公園預定地，屬台灣省鐵路局管理。民國58年7月成立籌備，首任校長張良彬先生奉派擔任籌備工作，依法辦理校地申請調撥用暨學校規劃事宜。民國59年8月1日學校正式成立，迄64年6月全校校舍陸續完工，暨興建校舍三棟，司令台一座，操場及跑道，籃球場及排球場等。民國68年興建學生活動中心，提供師生及社區民眾活動場所。
The school site was originally reserved for the park and is managed by the Taiwan Railway Administration. In preparation for the establishment of the Republic of China in July 1958, Mr. Zhang Liangbin, the first principal, was assigned as the preparatory work to handle the application of school site allocation and school planning according to law. The school was formally established on August 1, 59, and the school building has been completed in June 64. Three buildings have been built, a commanding station, a playground and running track, a basketball court and a volleyball court. In the 68th year of the Republic of China, a student activity center was built to provide a place for teachers, students, and community residents.

忠孝國中原址為德意志帝國駐台領事館、臺灣鐵路管理局維修場，民國58年7月籌備處成立，首任校長張良彬奉派擔任籌備工作。
地理位置鄰近大稻埕、迪化街、忠孝橋、捷運北門站、北門(承恩門)、西門町、台北地下街、台北車站、中興醫院等。
Taipei City Zhongxiao National Middle School, referred to as Zhongxiao Guozhong, is a municipal high school in Datong District, Taipei City. It was founded in 1970. The school has solar photovoltaic equipment, Jiaoan classrooms, smart power network system and other facilities, and develops mathematics and gifted courses.
The original site of Zhongxiao Guozhong was the consulate of the German Empire in Taiwan and the maintenance of the Taiwan Railway Administration. The preparatory office was established in July of the Republic of China. The first president, Zhang Liangbin, was assigned to take the preparatory work.
The location is close to Dadaojing, Dihua Street, Zhongxiao Bridge, MRT North Gate Station, North Gate (Chengenmen), Ximending, Taipei Underground Street, Taipei Station, Zhongxing Hospital, etc.
