★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天氣這麼冷...晚上10點多了外面十幾度 一個女生在那等公車 都招手示意請這311 車牌號碼211-FY 的 公車司機停車 結果司機沒有停車 就直接開走 又無緣無故等半小時在等下一班車 這真的有點過分 請這公司好好正視這個問題。
The weather is so cold ... More than 10 o'clock in the evening, a girl out there a dozen times waiting for the bus beckoning to ask the bus driver of the 311 license plate number 211-FY to stop. Waiting for the next bus is really a bit excessive. Please ask this company to face this problem.

On 10/17 at 8pm, board 311 at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall towards Zhonghe, the 408-FR driver got in the car and told me that you would raise your hand
I:? ? I have a lift
Driver: I want to show it to me, not to show it to myself
I:? ? ? Blame me if I didn’t see it, should I bring a light stick or a flashlight for you to see
Not sure if it's good to stop, tell passengers so much? I didn't raise my hand for a ride today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日晚上17:30左右在臺北市光華商場的公車站,因需要早點回家而且也是尖峰時間不想遇到塞車問題而浪費時間,因此等待214直達車乘車。
正當214直達車公車來臨時,本人與另外一位先生同樣招手要搭車783-FR車牌的214直達車,司機看到卻不停車,直接開走!然而這麼剛好後面卻來的是705-FR車牌的214公車,這擺明是叫我們直接搭乘此公車回家。本人明明要搭乘的是783-FR車牌的公車,不想搭乘705-FR車牌的公車,本人想直接搭乘直達車快速又方便,你們卻因為司機的方便當隨便,直接讓我們搭乘後方的公車。
因214直達車班次不多,本人遵照的時刻表前往搭乘,要不是因為要早點回家,所以也只能默默的搭乘後方的705-FR車牌的214公車。不然沒搭乘又要讓我們這些乘客繼續等待30分左右。
你們這些公司人員以及司機真的必須看待此事,不是第一次了,已經好多次了好嗎。
請盡速將此事改善並擬定出解決方案,否則下次又有乘客無緣無辜遇到此事。謝謝您。
At about 17:30 this evening, at the bus station of Guanghua Mall in Taipei City, I wasted time because I needed to go home early and was not at peak time to run into traffic jams.
Just when the 214 direct bus came, I and another gentleman beckoned to take the 783-FR license plate of the 214 direct bus. The driver saw but did not stop and drove away! However, just behind this came the 705-FR license plate. The 214 bus, this is clearly telling us to take this bus directly home. I obviously want to take the 783-FR license plate bus, I do n’t want to take the 705-FR license plate bus, I want to take the direct bus quickly and easily, but you just let us take the rear bus because of the convenience of the driver.
Because there are not many 214 direct buses, I follow the timetable to get on board. If it is not because I want to go home earlier, I can only take the 705-FR license plate 214 bus in the rear. Otherwise, we have to wait for about 30 minutes for those of us who have not boarded.
You company staff and drivers really have to look at this, this is not the first time, has it been many times?
Please improve this matter as soon as possible and work out a solution, otherwise next time a passenger will miss this incident innocently. Thank you.

The quality of the 311 is really uneven. Most of the drivers who are a little later are racing, especially the 223-fy on the evening of 8/27. Before the passengers get on the bus, close the door? ? ? ? In a hurry to get off work? ? ? ?

利站上車。司機趁著等紅燈時間拿紙巾擦乾車子走道上的水跡。一路上開車很穩當,靠站也很貼近地凸,讓乘客上下方便。司機姓江;或是姓汪,名字好像有一個進字。抱歉我沒有馬上記得名字。司機掌握了乘客和路上安全,辛苦了!

Get on the train at Lee Station. While waiting for the red light, the driver took a paper towel to dry the water on the walkway of the car. The driving is very stable along the way, and the stop is also very close to the convex ground, making it convenient for passengers to get on and off. The driver's surname is Jiang; or his surname is Wang, and his name seems to have a character in it. Sorry I didn't remember the name right away. The driver has mastered the safety of the passengers and the road, hard work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週六晚上遺失摺疊自動傘在311。週日早上因為是假日打不通客服,週一再打去詢問,說沒撿到。當天是接近總站剩兩站才下車的,到總站車子再次發車前根本不會有乘客會撿走。沒撿到讓人有點失望。很想為此報警抓那些侵占遺失物的人,又覺得浪費資源很猶豫。
Lost folding automatic umbrella at 311 on Saturday night. I couldn't get through to the customer service on Sunday morning because it was a holiday, so I called again on Monday to ask and said that I didn't find it. I got off the train that day when it was close to the main station with two stops left, and no passengers would pick it up before the train departed again at the main station. It was a little disappointing not to find it. I really want to call the police and arrest those who embezzle the lost property, but I feel hesitant to waste resources.
